PTAB Trials and Interferences
|Robert W. Hahl
Dr. Hahl and I have substantial experience in inter partes Board practice, having collectively participated to various degrees on over 50 interferences during the last 20 years, and now, several AIA proceedings. In 2000-2002, I chaired the AIPLA Interference Committee. I administer the 'PatentInterPartes' forum and frequently publish articles on PTAB law and practice and IP law generally.
Former Chief Administrative Patent Judge (CAPJ) Michael Fleming's credentials speak for themselves. During his 17 year tenure as an APJ and years as the CAPJ he participated in and oversaw a very large number of Board proceedings on both substantive and procedural issues.

What others have said about our services:
"I can't make a stronger recommendation for counsel in litigation proceedings before the USPTO. I would bet they are just as good in Federal Court as well, but candidly, we have no experience with them in that. Nevertheless, I wouldn't hesitate a second to engage them if we needed representation in court, or for any patent issue for that matter." James T. Ayers, Jr., CEO Tezzaron Semiconductor Corporation.
“Thank you very much – great job!" Alexander Poltorak, Chairman & CEO, General Patent Corporation.
