Both Dr. Hahl and I have substantial experience in interference law and practice, having collectively participated to various degrees on over 50 interferences during the last 20 years. After several years of interference practice, I was appointed to the chair of the AIPLA Interference Committee and served in that position for the 2000-2002 term. I also moderate the popular 'patentinterference' yahoo group list service. This is the forum in which most of the regular interference practitioners participate. In addition, I regularly publish articles on intellectual property, particularly patent law and practice including interference law.
